Introducing two new ESRs

The ITN WindMill Project has recently welcomed two new research fellows: Mateus Mota, based at Nokia Bell Labs France and Sobhi Alfayoumi, who joined Worldsensing in Barcelona. Two new papers by ESR Anay Deshpande
